Life without Tension----I left my job ..again..

Yes I lost my job again. Yippeeeeee or :(
But for sure tension free and salary free too....
Somebody has told me that I will keep getting new jobs after every now and then. This is in my destiny. Heads off to you --Dear Destiny.
I don't know how to react--laugh or cry...
Anyways may be this is time for rest before I get a new job. Right Destiny.
I am ready for the new change. This also gives a satisfaction that I wasn't thrown out of job. I had to resign due to my circumstances. So, Phew...
Being a daughter-in-law and a wife I have some commitments for my family too. Yes I preferred family over my career and guess what I am very happy.

Kabhie Kabhie

Yesterday I was watching the movie Kabhie Kabhie. Though I have already watched this a few times before.

Sahir Ludhyanvi wrote a beautiful Poem for the Movie Kabhie Kabhie......I love this poem..

Kabhi kabhi mere dil main khayal aata hain
Ki zindagi teri zulfon ki narm chhaon main guzarne pati
to shadab ho bhi sakti thi.
Yeh ranj-o-gham ki siyahi jo dil pe chhayi hain
Teri nazar ki shuaon main kho bhi sakti thi.
Magar yeh ho na saka aur ab ye aalam hain
Ki tu nahin, tera gham teri justjoo bhi nahin.
Guzar rahi hain kuchh iss tarah zindagi jaise,
isse kisi ke sahare ki aarzoo bhi nahin.
Na koi raah, na manzil, na roshni ka suraag
Bhatak rahin hai andheron main zindagi meri.
Inhi andheron main reh jaoonga kabhi kho kar
Main janta hoon meri hum-nafas, magar yoonhi
Kabhi kabhi mere dil main khayal aata hai.

Winterline

As the sun sets, there appears a beautiful wonder line over the Shivalik ranges. This line is known as winter line. People say such a phenomenon is witnessed in just two parts around the globe, Mussoorie and Switzerland.

During the months of November and December, the ‘winter line’ starts forming. It appears when sun starts setting and the horizon gets lit up in different hues like red, orange, purples and mauve.
The colours of the line in the sky deepen as winter sets in. But interestingly, this disappears during snow fall. The scientific reason behind this phenomenon is refraction.

Farhan's Poetry

Though I hardly like Bollywood movies, recently I watched zindagi na milegi doobara. Inspite of the movie I loved the poems Farhan was reciting throughout the movie.
Ik baat honthon tak hai jo aayi nahin...
Bas aankhon se hai jhaankti
Tumse kabhi, mujhse kabhi
Kuch lafz hai woh maangti...
Jinko pehenke honthon tak aa jaaye woh
Aawaaz ki baahon mein baahein daalke ithlaye woh
Lekin jo yeh ik baat hai
Ehsaas hi ehsaas hai
Khushboo si hai jaise hawa mein tairti
Khushboo jo be-aawaaz hai...
Jiska pata tumko bhi hai...
Jiski khabar mujhko bhi hai
Duniya se bhi chhupta nahin
Yeh jaane kaisa raaz hai

Jab jab dard ka baadal chhaya
Jab gham ka saya lehraya
Jab aansoo palkon tak aya
Jab yeh tanha dil ghabraya
Humne dil ko ye samjhaya
Dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai
Duniya mein yunhi hota hai
Yeh jo gehre sannaate hain
Waqt ne sabko hi baante hain
Thoda gham hai sabka kissa
Thodi dhoop hai sabka hissa
Aankh teri bekaar hi nam hai
Har pal ek naya mausam hai
Kyun tu aise pal khota hai
Dil aakhir tu kyun rota hai..

Dilon mein tum apni
Betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum
Nazar mein khwabon ki
Bijliyaan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum
Hawa ke jhokon ke jaise
Aazad rehna seekho
Tum ek dariya ke jaise
Lehron mein behna seekho
Har ek lamhe se tum milo
Khole apni baahein
Har ek pal ek naya sama
Dekhen yeh nigahaein
Jo apni aankhon mein
Hairaniyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum
Dilon mein tum apni
Betaabiyan leke chal rahe ho
Toh zinda ho tum

Aishwarya Rai---My favorite

Aishwarya rai
She is my favorite not as an actress but as a person I see. I never met her, neither I want to, but I just adore her for her roles as a human being. Childhood memories are the most cherished one, here are some snaps of Aishwarya.

Mussoorie

I literally hated this place when we got a posting here. The house at a hill, the cloudy weather and the rain. Everything made me so anxious.

But as I started living here, I realized that how beautiful and peaceful this city is. The so clean weather, the  turquoise blue sky, the mountains,  beautiful doon valley. Trust me this city has so beautiful flora and fauna for nature lovers. Soon I also made friends here.

  • "Camel's Back Road" is a beautiful road parallel to the Mall road. Along the road, a beautiful cemetery is located about mid-way on the loop.
  • The Mall:
  • Beautiful Dhanaulti is about 32 kilometres from Mussorie. Mussoorie also had India's largest roller skating rink.
  • Kempty Falls - Kempty Fall is about 15 km from Mussoorie. this now over-built spot is a popular tourist destination. Catch a taxi or a bus from the Library stand.
  • Lal Tibba  is 5 km uphill walk from Picture Palace. The  Old light house is situated here.
  • Lake Mist is on the way to Kempty falls 10kms from Mussoorie.
  • Dhanaulti  is about 28 Km from Mussoorie. This is a beautiful place for nature lovers. This is basically an Eco park.
  • Himalayan Weavers - Himalayan Weavers is a store with wide variety of woolens and other hand made products. The specialty of this store is that they use only natural dyes. They have a website:www.himalayanweavers.org

  • GUN HILL is at a height of approximately 2024 mt. A cable car can be taken from the Mall road to view the spelendid view of the city from Gun hill.
  • jhari pani falls is 5km away from library bus stand.from Dehradun to mussoorie, for jharipani one has to take a right turn 11kms before mussoorie. Motor-able Roads are nicely made by govt. to reach the falls from main road. It's a 2kms trekking.
  • company Garden - Its a Govt. initiation.A man made beautiful park with artificial falls and fun rides. From Gun Hill Point rickshaws are available. It costs 100/- per person to-n-fro and the rate is fixed.
  • Bhatta falls is on the way back to Dehradun from Mussoorie. It is only 3kms away from mussoorie.Mussoorie lake is also another option to relax on the same route.

Rangoli

Rangoli patterns are made on several occasions. These patterns are made using rice powder, crushed lime stone, or powdered colors. Some patterns also include flowers, grains, pulses, grass, leaves or beads. I love making rangolis, but surely not very good at it. :)

This I made on last year Diwali:::
